Pet Policy

Spectra Parks is extremely pet-friendly and accepts all breeds of dogs at our community.

  • We will accept dogs, cats, a small bird, and/or fish aquarium not exceeding 20 gallons capacity.

  • No more than 2 pets per apartment.

  • There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

  • An in-office pet interview is required prior to application approval. We reserve the right to reject any animal that exhibits aggressive behavior of any kind during the interview.

  • The pet owner must provide current vaccination records at the time of application.

  • No pet fees or pet rent may be assessed for service animals. A copy of the medical professional’s note certifying the animal is a service animal is required to document the file.
