Spectra Parks is a participant in the Housing Choice Voucher program and complies with Section 394.9026 of the Texas Local Government Code. We welcome all applicants and do not discriminate based on participation in rental assistance programs. For voucher holders, income eligibility is determined based on 250% of the tenant-paid portion of the rent.
